高职高专护生临床实习前培训的内容及意义

摘　　要：临床实习是医学生将理论知识运用于临床实践的重要时期,也是学生转变为医生或者护士的重要阶段,随着社会和医学教育的发展,本科护理人才和研究生护理人才已经逐渐成为护理学的主力军,这给高职高专的护生带来了很大的就业压力,而实习期又是护生转变角色的重要时期,实习期对护生以后的就业具有重要意义,本文以护生为例,探讨开展实习前培训的重要意义。Clinical practice is an important period for medical students to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice. It is also an impor-tant stage for the transformation of a doctor or nurse. With the development of society and medical education, undergraduate and graduate students of nursing personnel have become the main force of nursing, which has brought great pressure to vocational nursing students on employment, while internship period is the important period, which has great significance to students ＇ future employment. This paper took the internship students as examples to discuss the importance of training before practice.
