摘 要:目的了解平凉市市售婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况,为本市婴幼儿食品的安全监管提供有效的科学依据,降低或避免对婴幼儿的健康危害。方法参照GB 4789.40—2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》及《2012年全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》中的阪崎肠杆菌检验标准操作程序,对45份平凉市市售的婴幼儿食品进行阪崎肠杆菌的分离鉴定和定量分析。结果 45份样品中共检出8株阪崎肠杆菌,总检出率为17.78%。其中婴幼儿配方奶粉中检出1株,检出率为5.88%;婴幼儿辅助食品中检出7株,检出率为25.00%,并强调有6株阪崎肠杆菌来自同一品牌。结论平凉市市售婴幼儿食品,尤其是婴幼儿辅助食品,存在着严重的阪崎肠杆菌污染状况,对婴幼儿的健康构成严重的潜在危害。Objective To investigate the Enterobacter sakazakii contamination state of foods for infant in Pingliang market, so as to provide the effective scientific basis for the supervision and control on infant foods safety and the hazard reducing or prevention on children' s health. Methods Isolation, identification and quantification analysis for Enterobacter sakazakii were performed on 45 samples of formula foods for infant according to the GB 4789.40--2010 and national monitoring manual for foodborne pathogens in 2012. Results Eight isolates were detected from 45 samples as Enterobacter sakazakii with the detection rate of 17.78% , including one isolate from infant formula powder and seven isolates from supplementary foods for infants, with the detection rate of 5.88% and 25.00% , respectively. We need emphasize that six isolates were detected from the same brand. Condusion There is Enterobacter sakazakii contamination in market - sale infant foods in Pingliang, especially severe in the supplementary foods for infants, which is a sever and potential risk for the children' s health.
