摘　　要：文章介绍了职业素质教育在高职航空服务类专业人才培养中的重要性,结合航空服务专业建设实践,阐述了职业素质指标来源,说明了职业素质指标确立的步骤,并提出了量化的航空服务专业职业素质指标。This paper discusses the importance of the vocational quality education to the talents cultivation in higher vocational education of air service field. The origin of professional quality index is illustrated based on the construction practice of air service specialty. The steps of the formation of the professional quality indexes are expounded and quantized professional quality indexes regarding the air service are presented.
