特教教师职业倦怠研究文献依据与建议

摘　　要：职业倦怠现象在教育领域影响广泛,国外学者对教师职业倦怠的研究较为丰富,从教师职业倦怠的定义、影响因素以及测量等方面都进行了较深入的研究,并形成了一系列有代表性的成果,对于我国教师职业倦怠研究具有很好的借鉴意义。我国应尽快开展特教教师的职业倦怠研究,为制定特教教师管理模式提供政策依据,以增强特教教师师资素质,全面提升特殊教育教学质量。Occupational burnout has an extensive influence in the field of education.Many international scholars have made abundant research on teacher burnout and formed a series of representative results,in terms of the definition of teacher burnout,in-depth research in influencing factors and measurement.These studies have a good reference for teachers＇ occupational burnout in China.China should carry out all kinds of special education teacher burnout research as soon as possible to provide the policy basis for the development of special education teacher management mode,in order to enhance special education quality.
