摘　　要：中高职衔接构建现代职业教育体系,是职业教育发展的趋势,而"订单班"人才培养模式是基于校企合作又是在产学研合作的基础上建立的"订单"人才培养模式。"订单班"人才培养模式按照企业提出的人才培养目标和知识能力结构制定教学计划,组织教学,签订联合培养人才协议书。通过中高职衔接"订单班"人才培养模式,探索了中高职院校与企业深层次合作培养人才的创新模式,提高人才培养水平和质量,推进中高职教育的发展,形成中高职技能型人才培养体系,具有很大的现实意义。To build modern vocational education system based on convergence of secondary and higher vocational education is the development trend of vocational education,and ＂Ordered Class＂ talent training model is based on school-enterprise cooperation and production-study-research cooperation.＂Ordered Class＂ talent training model develops teaching plans and organizes teaching according to the personnel training objectives proposed by enterprise and the structure of knowledge and ability,and the college signs a joint talent training agreement.Through the ＂Ordered Class＂ talent training model based on the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,this paper explores the innovative model of talent training under the in-depth cooperation between the higher vocational colleges and enterprises to improve the level and quality of personnel training,promote the development of vocational education,and form the higher vocational skills-based training system.
