摘　　要：生态取向的职前教师教育技术能力培养要求采用整体、联系、动态、平衡的观点对其进行重新审视,构建由生态培养圈、学习共同体、培养共同体和培养环境组成的职前教师教育技术能力生态化培养模式,能够有效地提高职前教师的教育技术能力与水平,有力地促进教师的专业发展。The training of educational-technology ability of ecological-orientation pre-service teachers requires that it should be re-examined by taking such perspectives as whole, contact, dynamic and balance and the ecological training mode of educational technology ability of pre-service teachers should be constructed with ecological-cultiva- tion circle, learning and cultivating community, cultivating environment, which can effectively improve the educational technology ability of pre-service teachers and greatly promote the professional development of teachers
