摘 要:目的构建卫生专业技术人员绩效考核指标体系,对卫生专业技术人员业绩进行客观科学的评价,以完善医院绩效分配机制。方法在文献研究基础上,拟定调查问卷,进行专家咨询和问卷调查,运用因子分析法对指标进行筛选,并用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果按高中初级职称、医药技护等类别分别构建二级指标。经一致性检验,一致性系数CI均<0.1,说明各级各指标均可以接受。结论评价指标体系能够客观量化考核卫生专业技术人员的绩效,可在医院管理实践中应用。Objective To establish a performance evaluation system for the objective and effective evaluation of professional medical personnel to improve the incentive and allocation mechanism. Method Based on literature review, a questionnaire was developed for experts' consultation and questionnaire survey. The evaluation indexes were screened by factor analysis and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Result Secondary indexes were established based on different professions and different titles. The consistency test showed a CI value less than 0.1 for all indexes, which suggested that all indexes were acceptable. Conclusion The evaluation system can quantitatively and objectively evaluate the performance of professional medical personnel, and can be applied for the management of hospital.
