摘 要:中高职衔接作为完善现代职教体系的关键一环,其亟待解决的问题引起职教界的高度关注。目前中高职衔接存在的主要问题包括:专业契合度差,专业设置衔接困难;课程内容重复或断层,课程体系衔接失效;就业岗位职业标准界定不清,职业能力衔接模糊。采取从"职业岗位→工作任务→职业能力"逐层推进的技术路径,细分机械制造专业岗位和职业能力,构建中高职职业能力和课程体系衔接模型,以解决中高职衔接的本质问题,实现中高职人才培养的合理衔接。As at key to improve modern vocational edncation system, the urgent problem of connection between secondary and higher vocational education aroused great concerns. The main problenl includes: The difference of specialty is causing fitting difficulty; the duplication or fault of course content is causing curriculum system linkage failure; the professional standard of employment without a clear definition is causing ability progression confusing. In this paper, the technology path be used of steps is that "post of occupation → tasks of work → ability of professional" . The post of occupation and the ability of professional is carefially analyzed. The professional ability and cnrriculum system connection model between secondary and higher vocational education is built. Only the essential problem of connection between secondary, and higher vocational education is solved, just can achieve the goal that talents training link up reasonablely with secondary and higher vocational.
