摘　　要：商务日语函电是一种特殊的日语文体形式。本文分析了商务日语函电的特征,探讨了如何在功能对等理论指导下,实现目的语语义、风格及文化等方面所承载的信息与源语信息对等的有效翻译策略。Japanese business correspondence is a special genre. Guided by the theory of functional equivalence, this article makes a detailed analysis of the linguistic features of Japanese business correspondences, explores some translation methods that would help achieve equivalence between TT and ST in terms of semantic meaning, style and cuhural connotation.
