摘  要:为开发利用中药渣废弃物,合理利用资源,选取药渣废弃物青冈子壳、刺梨果渣、淫羊藿(药渣)、丹参(药渣)、淫羊藿(药渣)+刺梨果渣为不同基质(菌糠),探讨其对平菇子实体中粗多糖得率、含量及其体外抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:以淫羊藿药渣为基质,平菇粗多糖得率与含量最高,分别为9.49%和60.47%;以淫羊藿+刺梨为基质的抗氧化活性最强,当平菇多糖浓度为10mg/mL时,其羟基自由基清除率达89.43%,DPPH自由基清除率达95.8%。In order to develop and utilize the wastes of Chinese medicine residue rationally, the industrial dregs and waste materials including shell of Cyclobalanopsis blakei, residue of Rosa roxbunghii, Epimediu acuminatum (dregs), Salvia miltiorrhiza (dregs), E. acuminatum (dregs) with residue of R. roxbunghii were used as different substrates for cultivation of P. ostreatus. The effects on yield and content of crude polysaccharide in P. ostreatus together with antioxidant activity in vitro were investigated. The results showed that the yield (9.49%) and content (60.47%) of crude polysaccharide in P. ostreatus which were cultivated in E. acuminatum (dregs) were the highest and also the antioxidant activity of crude polysaccharide of P. ostreatus which were cultivated in E. acuminatum (dregs)with residue of R. roxbunghii was the strongest. When the concentration of polysaccharide in P. ostreatus was 10 mg/mL,scavenging rate of polysaccharide on OH radical was 89. 43% and on DPPH radical was 95. 8%.
