摘　　要：教师成长是开放大学师资队伍建设的生长点和关键点。透过对开放大学教师成长满意度、成长需求、成长影响因素以及成长途径的调查,未来开放大学教师成长问题可能呈现三大变化:教师成长的价值指向由"能力价值指向"转向"人本价值指向",教师成长的主体目标由零散的教师个体成长转向系统的教师群体成长;教师成长的环境生态由"外生设计模式"向"内生主导模式"转变。The teachers＇growth is the growing point and critical point of the faculty construction of the Open University. Through the survey of satisfaction degree of teachers＇ growth, growth requirement, the influencing factors and growing path, three major changes of teachers＇ growth are presented： the value orientation changes from ＂ capability-oriented＂ to ＂ human-oriented＂ ; the main target changes from the scattered individual growth to systematic group growth; the ecological environment changes from ＂exogenous design pattern＂ to ＂endogenous dominant pattern＂.
