摘 要:目的探讨SimMan综合模拟人在上消化道出血实验教学中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样的方式,将我校2011级4个班护生共122人分为实验组(n=58)和对照组(n=64)。2013年10月实验组采用Sim Man综合模拟人开展上消化道出血实验教学4学时;除实验操作考核评价外,进行教学效果的问卷调查,问卷回收率100%,并总结分析。结果实验组技能考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组应用SimMan综合模拟人实验教学的反馈满意度,除强化仪器操作能力的为68.97%外,其余各条目均在82.76%以上。结论在上消化道出血实验教学中应用SimMan综合模拟人,有利于弥补护生实践少的不足,提高护生临床实践能力,提升教学质量的同时,提高护生的综合素质与能力。Objective To explore the application effect of SimMan in the teaching of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in nursing. Methods The practice skill of both the experiment group(n=58) and the control group(n=64) were assessed. SimMan was applied in the 4 hour practice teaching of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage for the experiment group in October 2013. Questionnaires were designed based on research purposes, sent out only to the experiment group, with 100% recovery rate. Results The experiment group got statistically significantly much higher score for practice skill as- sessment than the control group normally. From the feedback, most of the satisfaction rate was over 82.76%, besides that of the ability to operate instrument was 68.97%. Conclusion SimMan establish a bridge from theory to clinical practice. This is beneficial to realize the transition from interns to nursing staff smoothly and the further improvement of teaching quality. We assist the students with forming the correct thinking of the diagnosis and treatment of upper gas- trointestinal hemorrhage. It makes simMan an analogue positive and beneficial affection on nursing practice teaching.
