摘　　要：有优秀的教师才有高质量的教学,有高质量的教学才可能培养出高质量的学生、高水平的人才。优秀教师不仅具有强大的辐射力,同时也应该是接地气而易学习、易仿效的。庞新老师就是这样的一名教师,她具有丰富的专业知识和超高的人格魅力,她作为优秀教师具有很强的典型性和带动力,她与学生同读书、共成长,靠近她、研究她、学习她会使人充实而有收获。High quality teaching depends on excellent teachers, which can cultivate high quality students, high level talents. Excellent teachers have strong radiation force,but some of them are too “gao da shang” to be learned and imitated. However,excellent grassroot teachers are easy to to be learned and imitated so they have their own charm. Pangxin,a grassroot teacher, has rich professional knowledge and high personality,who loves reading and grows with children together. It is hopeful and harvest to study on her. She can have strong promotion and popularization.
