摘 要:目的了解达州市市售食品单增李斯特菌污染状况,为科学监管提供参考。方法依照食品国家安全标准"单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验"GB 4789.30-2010方法对达州市81类市售食品进行检测。结果共检测达州市8类市售食品571件,检出单增李斯特菌20株,其中,水产品中单增李斯特菌检出率最高,为20.0%;3类采样地点中,农贸市场销售的食品中单增李斯特菌检出率高,为5.1%;达州市周边县市单增李斯特菌检出率为8.3%,高于达州市主城区食品的检出率。结论达州市市售食品存在单增李斯特菌污染,但污染严重程度低于我省部分市州,需要对高风险的食品类别和销售地点进行重点监管。Objective To get the status of Listeria monocytogenes in the Dazhou market foods, and provide references for scientific supervision. Methods All samples were examined according to the standards of GB 4789.30-2010. Results 20 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated fiom the samples mentioned above. In all types of samples, the detection rate of aquatic product was the highest, 20%. In the three sampling locations, the food in the farmers markets had the highest detection rate, 5.1%. The detection rate of the samples in suburban (8.3%) was higher than the main city of Dazhou. Conclusion There was a pollution situation of Listeria monocytogenes in the Dazhou market food, but the degree of pollution was lower than some other states and cities in Sichuan Province.
