摘 要:目的 通过实证调查分析复旦大学上海医学院医学生职业素养方面的优点和不足,了解当前医学职业素养教育的状况,为制定合理的医学职业素养教育计划提供参考信息和决策依据.方法 作为中南大学所承担的美国中华医学基金会(CMB)项目合作研究者之一,利用项目组编写的“医学生职业精神评价调查表”,随机抽取复旦大学上海医学院临床医学专业100名实习生进行问卷调查,包括2008级五年制临床医学专业50名实习生(通科实习阶段)、2007级八年制临床医学专业25名实习生(通科实习阶段)和2005级八年制临床医学专业25名实习生(专科实习阶段),将其分为3组.结果 在“利他主义”“荣誉感与正直”“关怀仁爱之心,善于交流”“尊重他人”“尽职尽责”“追求卓越,精益求精”和“领导能力”7个职业素养及其要素方面,3组实习生的自我评分和带教教师的评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复旦大学上海医学院医学生职业精神素养总体较高,但医疗公平的社会责任意识薄弱,特别需要加强其学术道德建设以及领导能力和组织能力的培养.可以通过课堂教学、校园文化、社会实践等方面培养医学生的职业精神素养.Objective The survey targeted at evaluation of the current efficacy of professionalism education in Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.Furthermore,it provided reliable data for future consultation in revising professionalism educational agenda better oriented and more effectively.Methods The survey was a spin-off program of the CMB project in cooperation with Central South University.A cohort of 100 clinical medicine interns was randomly recruited to answer "medical interns' professionalism evaluation form",a questionnaire designed by the CMB project committee.Fifty students of 5-year-program of clinical medicine and twenty-five students of 8-year-program of clinical medicine on rotational internships and twenty-five students of 8-year-program of clinical medicine on special rotary practice were respectively sampled.Results The score results of three intern groups were presented in seven categories of classified professional spirit performances-" Altruism","Glory and Integrity","Caring disposition and Communication skills"," Responsibility and Competency "," Respect for others ","Motivation for excellence" and "Leadership capacity" (P〈0.05).Conclusions The overall professional spirit performance of medical interns at Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University is quite good.However,the awareness of social responsibility in creating fairness during medical procedures seemed lacking,and devotion to the wellness of patients was not thoroughly executed.Special attention should be focused upon the reinforcement of scholastic credibility,leadership talents and organization capability.To achieve this goal,a variety of implementations such as classroom teaching,campus culture and society activities needs to function coordinately in cultivating decent professional spirit in medical interns.
