摘　　要：因受到社会发展、用人单位需求、教育理论变革等多种原因的影响,大学生就业能力发生了转变,表现出可持续性、多元性、差异性和时代性等特征,同时创业时代也呼唤着大学生生成更具创造性的创业能力。因此,大学应该基于系统性原则、全人性原则和本土性原则,开发通识性课程、实践性体验性课程、探索性研究型课程、个性化课程和艺术性课程适应大学生就业创业能力转型的要求,并使其就业创业能力得到全面综合提升。Due to influences of the social development, employers＇ demands and changes in educational theory, undergraduates＇ employment ability has undergone transformation which demonstrates characters of sustainability, diversity, difference and age etc, while it is also calling for undergraduates＇ innovative entrepreneurial ability. Therefore, universities should develop general education courses, practical experience courses, exploratory research programs, individualized curriculum on the basis of principles of systematization, hommization and localization, thus meeting employers＇ and social requirements on undergraduates＇ employment ability and en- trepreneurial ability so that undergraduates＇ employment ability and entrepreneurial ability would be improved.
