摘 要:以山西省5个县的初中语文教师为调查对象,对《新课程问题解决导学方案》(以下简称《方案》)的使用现状进行调查研究,可以发现:教师将《方案》灵活、充分地运用于课堂内外,使用《方案》使教师和学生能力得到一定程度提升。但是,教师对《方案》认知不清;过度或窄化使用《方案》;《方案》加重师生负担,教师对《方案》满意度不高;《方案》中部分板块与题目编排不合理。为了更好地发挥《方案》的作用,需要作出以下转变:教育部门灵活制定政策,澄清《方案》价值并"理性"推广;教师转变观念,将《方案》与"导学"真正结合;编写者调整思路,优化《方案》设计;变革评价方式,实现教、学、评一体化。The investigation objects are junior school Chinese teachers from 5 different counties in Shanxi. The investigation is about the use status of The New Curriculum Problem-solving Guidance Scheme pressed by Shanxi Education Press. The study found that teachers can flexibly and fully use the Scheme both inside and outside the class and use the Scheme to improve both teachers and students abilities to a certain extent. But there are also some findings as the following: unclear cognition towards the Scheme; using the Scheme excessively or insufficiently; more burdens caused by the Scheme; low satisfaction of teachers towards the Scheme; some parts of the Scheme is not matched with tides. In order to better play the role of the Scheme, it is necessary to make the following changes: education department have to flexibly make policies, clarify the value of the Scheme and promote it reasonably; Teachers should change ideas to make the Scheme and guidance truly combined; The writer should adjust writing thoughts, optimize the scheme design, change evaluation methods and achieve the integration of teaching, learning and evaluation.
