摘  要:以某卡车动力总成悬置系统能量解耦为目标,悬置刚度参数作为设计变量,利用ADAMS软件对动力总成悬置系统进行分析与优化。在消声室内进行实车工况数据和频响函数采集,建立传递路径分析模型,根据传递函数分解理论利用Matlab编写传递路径分析程序,并将ADMAS优化得到的悬置刚度数据代入程序中进行贡献量和车内目标点振动分析,寻找贡献量较大路径,对相应的悬置继续进行优化。结果表明,该优化方法可以得到较好的能量解耦和较低的车内振动。The powertrain mounting system of a truck was analyzed and optimized through ADAMS software with energy decoupling of the powertrain mounting system as the objective, and mounting stiffness parameters as design variables. The transfer path analysis (TPA) model was established after the vehicle' s operation data and the frequency response function (FRF) were measured and collected in an anechoic chamber. A MATLAB program was written for the TPA model based on the transfer function decomposition theory. And the optimized mounting stiffness data via ADMAS was substituted into the program as the input. Thereby the path contribution and the target vibration were analyzed to find out the transfer path which has the maximum contribution to the vibration. Then, the corresponding mounting system was optimized further. The results show that this optimization method can get better energy decoupling and lower vehicle vibration.
