摘　　要：为缓解辽宁省茄子产业只运输不短贮的困境,根据生产实践,从茄子的贮藏特性、采收技术、最适温度、贮藏指标、入库细则等方面,概述茄子贮藏特性以及技术要点,为茄子贮藏及相关研究提供参考与借鉴。For relieving the dilemma of only transporting without storage in eggplant industry in Liaoning, based on the production prac-tice, it summarized the storage features and the technique key points of eggplant from the aspects of storage features, harvesting tech-nique, optimal temperature, storage index and warehousing rules etc., provided a reference for eggplant storage and related research.
