摘  要:新加坡幼儿园教师专业化发展的核心着眼点从最初的严格规范幼儿园教师的从业资格和标准,逐步转变为保持幼儿园教师的高水平教学和拥有前沿化知识的意识。幼儿园教师专业化发展方向的转变延伸出了更为详尽的教师专业化发展准则与规划。新加坡教育部通过制定《2013年幼儿园教师专业发展计划书》,在幼儿园教师专业化发展的准则与规划上做出了详细的要求与指导,为其幼儿园教师教育的发展提出了新的发展蓝图。The core focus of kindergarten teacher professional development pore turned from the first strictly regulated kindergarten teachers" qualifications in Singa- and stan- dards into maintaining kindergarten teacher with a high level of education and having knowledge frontier of consciousness. The change of the direction of kindergarten teacher professional development extended more detailed guidelines for teachers" professional de- velopment and planning. Singapore Ministry of Education made "Professional Development for Kindergarten Principals & Teachers-Prospectus 2013" which gave a detailed require- ments and guidance to the kindergarten teacher professional development criterion and planning, which also proposed a new development blueprint to the development of kinder- garten teacher education.
