高职院校同质化惯习的诱发机理及消解路径

摘　　要：高职院校生存于一个受到政治场域"统辖",并呈现出"金字塔"结构的场域之中,政治资本取代文化资本成为决定场域内部"位置"跃升的主导资本。政治场域与高职院校生存场域内的"支配者"——名牌高校"合谋",采取了"限制"与"赞同"两种统治策略维持着资本分配的"差序格局",高职院校的同质化惯习就是在这一游戏规则下诱发的。鉴于此,可以从划定场域边界、重塑生态场域、提升场域自觉三重路径出发消解高职院校同质化惯习。Higher-vocational colleges exist in the field which is manipulated by politic field and the field pre- sents a ＂pyramid＂ structure. Cultural capital is displaced by politic capital which becomes the leading capital deciding who can ascend in the field. In order to sustain the ＂differential pattern＂ of capital allocation, politic field, conspiring with brand-name colleges in higher-education field, takes ＂restriction＂ and ＂agreement＂ these two ruling strategies. The homogeneous habitus of higher-vocational colleges is triggered in the manipulation of current game regulations. So, delimiting the boundary of field, restricting the ecological field, promoting field consciousness are the three paths to solve the homogeneous habitus in higher-vocational colleges.
