基于高校学生满意度的教学质量评价研究——以北京科技大学为例

摘　　要：学生满意度是衡量教学质量的重要参照。论文设计了高等学校教学质量满意度的评价指标体系,编制了测度量表,并进行效度、信度检验。以北京科技大学毕业生作为研究对象,采用分层抽样方法,对614名2011级本科毕业生进行了调查,从学生的角度对学校本科教学质量进行宏观监测。文中还利用决策树模型分析了不满意学生群体主要特征,应用神经网络模型分析了影响学生满意度的各因素的重要性。Student satisfaction is an important reference of the teaching quality. Evaluation system of satisfaction of teaching quality is designed,measurement scale is presented,and validity reliability test is conducted in this paper. Graduates of2011 annual from the University of Science and Technology Beijing are research objects in the paper. The method of stratified random sampling is adopted,614 graduates involved in the survey,and attempting to monitor the teaching quality of undergraduate education macroscopically from the perspective of students. The decision tree model is used to discuss the main characteristics of unsatisfied student group and a neural network model is used to analyze the importance of various influence factors of student satisfaction.
