摘 要:非线性弹簧悬架具有固有振动频率低,且不随车辆荷载变化而变化的特点。由于路面不平,会引起大客车行驶产生振动。装有非线性悬架的车辆车轮动荷载小,能够获得良好的行驶平顺性、操稳性和行驶安全性。以空气悬架大客车为研究对象,建立了空气悬架的非线性模型,得出了空气悬架的刚度特性曲线和阻尼特性曲线。建立了七自由车辆动力学模型,应用AR模型法模拟了B级随机路面输入,不同车速下的路面不平度曲线。仿真产生的路面不平度曲线和不同车速作为激励作用于七自由度车辆模型,对车辆后悬架地板处的振动加速度进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析,为汽车平顺性设计提供了科学依据。Taking a bus as the study object, the nonlinear vibration model of the air suspension was set up. Air suspension stiffness characteristic curve and the damping characteristic curve were obtained. A seven-freedom vehicle dynamics model was established. The B class road roughness was established using AR model method. A simulation of road ride comfort of bus was performed using the simulation curves of road roughness and the seven-freedom vehi- cle dynamics model at different speed. The vibration curve was obtained. Referring to the evaluation method of gener- al vehicle, the simulation results were analyzed in order to evaluate the fide.
