以培养师范生教学能力为核心的教学改革探析——基于“小学语文课程与教学”的思考

摘　　要：目前的本科层次师范生普遍存在教学基本功不够扎实,学科教学能力不强等问题。为此,应采取(1)改变教材编排体例与呈现方式;(2)开发与创新课程内容延展课程形态;(3)改革课堂教学模式攻评价方式等方法,提升师范生的教学能力。At present, problems like weak fundamental teaching skills and abilities commonly exist in undergradu- ate normal students＇ cultivation. The following strategies can be taken for better teaching effects; （ 1 ）transforming the present editing form of the textbook; （2）developing and innovating new curriculum contents; （3）reforming the teach- ing modes and ways of assessment.
