摘　　要：针对地方高校在推进MOOC教学改革过程中面临的教学管理问题,探索MOOC背景下地方高校教学管理改革。尝试从课程建设管理、教学运行管理、教学评价管理等多个教学管理关键环节进行改革,建立一套与MOOC教学相适应的地方高校教学管理制度,为地方高校顺利推进MOOC教学改革提供有力保障。Based on analysis of the features of MOOC Teaching as well as of the teaching models of traditional classrooms and open courses, this paper explores the teaching management reform of local colleges in a MOOC context, given issues confronted by the implementation of MOOC teaching reform in local colleges. Reform has been experimented on multiple key steps of the teaching process, such as the credit system, teaching evaluation and course management, so that a teaching management system of local colleges that matches the development of MOOC can be established and that MOOC can be implemented with success.
