摘  要:"现代学徒制"作为一种新的技术技能人才培养模式,正受到从政府到职业院校、行业企业的高度重视和认可。"现代学徒制"的主要内容是"招生即招工、入校即入厂、学生即学徒,从招生、入学到开发培养方案、教学过程、毕业、就业,进行全过程深度合作,实施校企‘双主体’育人"。本文就"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的内涵、优势,以及如何运用此模式实施校企"双主体"育人,谈几点认识与思考。As a new training mode for technical and skilled talents, "modern apprenticeship system" is highly valued and recognized by the government ,vocational colleges as well as enterprises in all walks of life.Main contents of "modern apprenticeship system" include "recruit of students is recruit of employees, enrollment in colleges means enrollment in factories, students are apprentices ;full-process profound cooperation is conducted from recruit of students,enrollment to development and training plans,teaching process,graduation and employment;implementation of 'dual-subject' educating among colleges and enterprises".In this article,the authors will give their cognitions and views on the connotation and advantages of the personnel training mode of "modern apprenticeship system" and how to implement "dual-subject" educating among colleges and enterprises by utilizing this mode.
