摘　　要：酒曲害虫作为酒厂的一大危害,越来越引起了酿酒行业的关注和重视。为了更加全面有效地对酒曲害虫进行防治,从酒曲害虫的种类、危害和防治方法等方面进行了综述,从物理、化学、生物防治等角度对历年来我国酒厂关于酒曲害虫的防治方法做了介绍和总结。同时对今后酒曲害虫的防治前景作了一定的展望,旨在为今后酒曲害虫的防治提供一定的参考和借鉴。As one of the gravest detriments to distilleries, insects in distiller＇s yeast are drawing attentions from liquor-making industry more than ever. In order to prevent/control insects in distiller＇s yeast more completely and effectively, the types, perniciousness and control/preven-tion methods of insects were reviewed, and the control/prevention methods adopted by Chinese distilleries over these years were introduced and summarized from the perspectives of physics, chemistry, and biological control. Besides, the prospects of the control of insects in distiller＇s yeast were put forward to provide certain references for the control/prevention of insects in distiller＇s yeast in future.
