摘  要:研究小黑药全株总黄酮的含量及提取分离,并用Schaal烘箱法、紫外光照法测试了小黑药总黄酮和对照品BHT抗猪油氧化的能力,采用POV抑制率评价了抗氧化能力。测试了总黄酮和芦丁的还原能力、抑制超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力、DPPH自由基的清除能力、羟基自由基的清除能力。结果表明:小黑药总黄酮有良好的抗猪油氧化的作用,其抗光氧化的效果高于自动氧化;还原能力、抑制超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力、DPPH自由基的清除能力略低于芦丁,羟基自由基的清除能力高于芦丁;小黑药全株总黄酮含量为2.52%。In this paper,the content and the optimum extraction of total flavonoid from Sanicula astrantiifolia Wolff were studied.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids and the reference substance BHT were detected by Schaal Oven Method and UV photo-induced,and the antioxidant activity was estimated by inhibition ratio of POV .The reduction capacity of total flavonoids and Rutin,the inhibition ratio of total flavonoids to superoxide free radical(O2-·),its DPPH and hydroxyl free radicals-cavenging effect were determined.The results showed thatThe total flavonoids from Sanicula astrantiifolia Wolff showed significant inhibitory effects on the oxidation of lard oil,its antioxidant effect was greater than automatic oxidation.The reduction capacity,the inhibition ratio to superoxide free radical(O2-·),its DPPH free radicals-cavenging effect were slightly lower than Rutin,and its hydroxyl free radicals-cavenging effect was greater than Rutin.The content of total flavonoid from Sanicula astrantiifolia Wolff was 2.52%.
