中原经济区的职业院校发展研究——以新乡职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：中原经济区由豫鲁皖冀晋等五省部分地区组成,在国家战略规划中具有重要的地位。新乡职业技术学院位于中原经济区的河南省新乡市,是一所含中职和高职办学层次的新办职业学校。新乡职业技术学院的发展面临着与行业部门紧密关联的体制缺失,跨越式发展带来的债务风险,入学适龄人口下降带来的生源危机,供求结构失衡带来的"双师型"师资匮乏的挑战。明确服务中原经济区建设的功能定位,形成促进人的可持续发展的办学体系,推动政校企合作平台的深化,多元化融资化解债务风险,打造职业院校特色文化树立品牌效应,是学院应对挑战的积极措施。Central Plains Economic Zone ,which is composed of the whole Henan ,part of Shandong ,An‐hui ,Hebei and Shanxi ,has an important position in the national strategic plan .Newly established Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College （XVTC） ,located in Xinxiang City ,Henan ,consists of secondary and higher vocational education .Currently ,XVTC is faced with four challenges ：the lack of system closely linked with industry sector ;the debt risk resulted by the rapid development ;the biogenic crisis caused by school‐age population decline;bi‐expertise teacher shortage caused by structural supply‐demand imbalance . Thus ,it concludes that XVTC should take the following measures to tackle the challenges ：establishing ex‐plicitly functional orientation as service for the economic development of Central Plains Economic Zone ;forming the school system for promoting sustainable human development ;putting forward the depth of government‐school‐enterprise cooperation platform ;resolving the debt risk by diversified financing ;build‐ing featured culture of vocational college to generate brand effect .
