摘 要:由于高校实验资源共享的管理者、共享者以及有关利益获得者之间关系的复杂性,致使高校的实验资源共享已成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。研究表明,高校实验资源共享的主体间性是指个体主体通过管理和应用实验资源在实验室空间进行交互活动和交互过程的相关性,存在着管理主体、共享主体和利益主体等三种主体,表现出资源管理主体与共享主体、内部共享主体与外部共享主体、资源管理主体与利益主体等主体间关系。在实验资源共享中,通过实验资源共享各主体间性的认知策略、机制策略和实践策略,强化管理者与共享者主体间互动交往、互相尊重、互利平等的活动,充分发挥实验资源的作用,共同为提高教学质量服务。The complexity of relationship among managers,sharers and beneficial owners results in the urgent problem that experimental resources in colleges are difficult to be shared. Researches show that the intersubjectivity of shared experimental resources in colleges refers to the relativity in the individual subjects ' mutual activities of managing and applying experimental resources. This intersubjectivity, involving three subjects namely managers, sharers and beneficiaries,indicates the inter-subject relativity between resource managers and resources sharers,internal sharers and external sharers,resource managers and resource beneficiaries. This paper argues that,in the process of sharing experimental resources,in order to upgrade the teaching quality of the college,we need to strengthen the interaction between the managers and the sharers and achieve mutual respect and mutual equality with the help of cognitive strategy,mechanism strategy and practice strategy on the intersubjectivity of shared experimental resources.
