摘　　要：基于理论性抽样,运用扎根理论方法对典型案例进行归纳提炼,提出涵盖母体特质、同事关系、创业动机、战略定位和新企业生成等5个范畴的基于母体企业同事关系的裂变型创业要素模型,并进一步讨论了母体企业特质对同事关系构建及新企业创新的影响、同事关系的类型及其与离职创业者交流合作的异同、依托同事关系的裂变型创业的启动优势及扩散效应等问题。Based on theoretical sampling, this paper concludes and refines five main categories from the typical case by using grounded theory： parent quality, eoworker relationship, entrepreneurial motivation, strategic positio- ning and new venture creation, which are included in the model of new spin--off entrepreneurship creation based on coworker relationship in parent enterprise; and then has a further discussion on how the parent enterprise influence the construction of coworker relationship and the degree of new venture innovation, the type of eoworker relationship and the level of innovation and cooperation between spin--off entrepreneur and coworkers, and the ad- vantages of new venture and characters of innovation process in this kind of entrepreneurship.
