摘  要:采用60Co-γ射线对赭曲霉毒素A溶液进行辐照处理,研究辐照剂量、不同溶剂、初始质量浓度以及初始pH值对赭曲霉毒素A辐照降解效果的影响。试验结果表明:60Co-γ射线可有效降解溶液中的赭曲霉毒素A,降解率随着剂量的增大而增大。在水、乙腈、甲醇、双氧水4种溶液中,赭曲霉毒素A的降解速率依次为水>60%甲醇>18%双氧水>乙腈。在5 kGy时,100 ng/mL赭曲霉毒素A水溶液降解率在95%以上。在相同剂量下,初始质量浓度越低越有利于赭曲霉毒素A的降解。溶液的pH值对赭曲霉毒素A的降解有明显的影响,中性和碱性环境均能明显提高赭曲霉毒素A的降解率。综合可知,60Co-γ射线对碱性条件下低质量浓度的赭曲霉毒素A水溶液的降解效果最好。The solutions of OTA were treated by ^60Co-γ ray radiation in this paper. The effects of irradiation dose,different solvents, initial concentrations and pH values on OTA were investigated. Experiment results showed that OTA can be effectively degraded by ^60Co-γ ray radiation and the degradation rate increased with the increase of irradiation dose. The OTA degradation rate was in the order of water60% methanol 18% hydrogen peroxideacetonitrile in the four solvents of water, methanol, hydrogen peroxide and acetonitrile. More than 95% degradation rate had been achieved at the irradiation dose of 5 kGy for 100 ng/ml OTA in aqueous solution. At the same irradiation dose, the degradation rate was higher with lower initial concentrations of OTA. The pH values of solution had significant effect on the degradation of OTA. The degradation of OTA can be remarkably enhanced in neutral and alkaline medium. As a result, the degradation effect of low-concentration OTA aqueous solution in the alkaline medium was the best by ^60Co-γ ray radiation.
