摘　　要：国际学生评估项目与全球学生阅读能力进展研究是国际上参与国家最多、影响力最大的阅读评估项目。基于国际学生评估项目与全球学生阅读能力进展研究的视角,从阅读素养与阅读评估框架的角度,深入比较了我国内地和香港地区语文新课程阅读评估与国际评估项目的差异。在此基础上,本文从阅读评估体系、阅读教材、阅读教学与阅读环境等方面提出对我国语文阅读课程改革的建议。PIRLS and PISA are the most popular international programmes of reading assessment with the largest number of participating countries. From the perspectives on PIRLS and PISA, the article compares the Reading Curriculum Reforms of China mainland and Hong Kong with the programmes of International reading assessment along the dimensions of the definition of reading literacy and the characteristics of framework for reading assessing. Based on the findings, the author provides some suggestions on Chinese reading assessment system, reading materials, reading instruction, and reading contexts for Chinese Reading Curriculum Reform.
