顶岗实习师范生教学反思特征的调查研究——基于教学反思日志的内容分析

摘  要:反思是教师专业成长的重要途径。通过对顶岗实习师范生教学反思日记的分析发现,师范生的教学反思有如下特征:师范生习惯于从教学成功之处与教学不足之处两方面分析自己的教学,师范生的教学反思内容较多关注自己的教学技能,较少关注学生的学习,约半数师范生的教学反思有具体的教学实践细节,有将近一半的师范生的教学反思的内容是空洞的,80%的师范生在教学反思中提到了自己在教育实践中的新认识。Reflection is an important way of promoting the teachers "professional development. Through the analysis of the field work students" teaching reflection diary, found that students ' teaching reflection has the following characteristics: Normal students are accustomed reflecting their practices from teaching successes and shortcomings, students pay more attention to their own teaching skills, less focus on the students'study.
