摘  要:以脱酸油茶籽油为原料,进行吸附法脱色试验,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计响应面法优化脱色工艺条件。得到最佳工艺为,脱色剂为活性炭与硅藻土混合物(质量比例为1︰3),脱色温度82℃,脱色时间35 min,混合脱色剂添加量3.5%,该条件下得到脱色率为92.461%,且其色泽达到化妆品和医药用油茶籽油对色泽的要求。Deacidification camellia seed oil was used to study alkali refining acid stripping. The optimization conditions for oil-tea camellia seed oil decoloration by response surface method (RSM) were performed. The result showed that the optimum parameters were as followings: the ratio of activated carbon and kieselguhr was 1 : 3, the decoloration refining temperature 82 ℃, the decoloration reaction time 35 min, and the mixed decolorizing agent loading 3.5%. Under the best conditions, the bleaching rate was up to 92.461%, and the camellia oil was up to the standard of medical camellia oil and cosmetic camellia oil.
