工科院校青年师资队伍建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：在国家创新体系下,中国大学工科应面向国家重大战略需求,提升集成创新和原始创新能力,这就要求有一支优秀的师资队伍。青年师资队伍是未来学科发展的重要力量,本文结合上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院在青年师资队伍建设上的实践,在人才引进、评价体系、激励机制、退出机制、文化建设等方面探索工科院校青年师资队伍的管理和培养模式。In the national innovation system, the Chinese engineering colleges should enhance the ability of inte- grated innovation and original innovation, which means an excellent teacher team is required. The team of young teachers is important for the development of the disciplines in the future. Based on the practice of the construction of young teacher team in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the thesis explores the management and training mode of young teachers in engineering colleges in the sides of talent introduction, evaluation system, incentive process, exit process and cultural construction.
