摘　　要：根据英才班学生的特点,在元素化学实验教学过程中,引导学生从思想上认识到元素化学实验的重要性,强化实验预习环节,精讲实验内容,有意识地引导学生重视反应条件对元素化学实验现象和产物的影响,支持和鼓励学生做探索性实验,实验完成后适时总结,通过以上措施不仅激发了英才班学生对元素化学实验的兴趣,而且培养了英才班学生的创新能力和科学素养。According to the characteristics of elite-class students, this article proposed a se- ries of measures in the teaching of elemental chemistry experiment, including guiding students to realize the importance of elemental chemistry experiment, strengthening preview, consciously guiding students to pay attention to the effect of reaction conditions on chemical experiment phe- nomena and products, encouraging students to do inquiry experiments, summarizing experimental results in time, which stimulated elite-class students＇ learning interests, and cultivated their in- novative ability and scientific literacy.
