大学生心理健康教育课程教学改革初探——以湖南商务职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：信息化时代对学生的学习方式产生了巨大的影响,以讲授为主的大学生心理健康教育课程应结合学习主题采取灵活的教学方式。经过深入思索,笔者尝试在教学中加入一种叫做"心理健康教育实践活动"的改革元素,并从以学生为主体的教学理念、以激励为主的实践方式、以过程考核为主的考核方式三个方面阐明这套教学改革方案。The era of information has profound influences on students＇ learning style. College Students＇ Mental Health Education,focusing on lectures, should adopt flexible teaching methods combining with the study themes. Through thorough thinking, a reform element ＂Mental Health Education Practice＂ is carried out in teaching, and the teaching reform program is explained from three aspects： the teaching idea with students as the main body, the motivation-oriented practice mode and the process-based assessment method.
