摘  要:检体诊断学是联系基础与临床的桥梁学科,留学生的教学不仅要做好理论教学,更要注重临床见习教学的质量。带教教师需针对医学留学生的特点,注重提高自身英语语言能力和专业知识水平,尝试以问题为基础的学习教学法,结合多媒体教学,采用小组带教形式,细化全身体格检查步骤,增加医院见习课,选择合适教材,并加强留学生人文素质教育,改变传统的闭卷笔试考核模式为课堂考勤、全身体格检查考核和期末笔试考核三部分,努力提高医学留学生检体诊断学见习教学质量。Physical diagnostics is a bridge subject to contact the basic subjects and clinical disciplines.Teaching work for international medical students is not only to do theoretical teaching well, but also to pay attention to the quality of clinical practice teaching. According to the characteristics of international medical students,teachers should improve their English language skills and professional knowledge level, try problem based learning teaching method, add multimedia method in teaching process, teach in the form of team, refine the general physical examination steps, increase hospital practice class, choose appropriate teaching material, strengthen students humanities quality education, and change the traditional pattern of testing model to class attendance, general physical examination and the final written examination. All these methods are used to raise clinical practice teaching level of physical diagnostics for international medical student.
