摘 要:以不同树龄(3,5,6,12龄)茶树品种紫娟为试材,研究了不同采样时期新梢中茶多酚、氨基酸的含量变化。结果表明,紫娟茶树新梢氨基酸含量在不同树龄影响下差异极显著(P<0.01),在不同采摘时间影响下差异极显著(P<0.01),在不同树龄及采摘时间的双因素影响下差异显著(P<0.05);紫娟茶树新梢茶多酚含量在不同树龄影响下差异极显著(P<0.01),在不同采摘时间影响下差异极显著(P<0.01),在不同树龄及采摘时间的双因素影响下差异不显著。With Zijuan tea at different ages(3, 5, 6, 12 a)as experimental materials, the paper studied the differences of tea polyphenols and amino acids in different sampling time. The results showed that the contents of the amino acids were significant differences(P〈0.01)in different tree age, the contents of the amino acids were significant differences(P〈0.01)in different sampling time, the contents of the amino acids were significant differences(P〈0.05)in two factor interactions; the contents of the tea polyphenols were significant differences(P〈0.01)in different tree age, the contents of the tea polyphenols were significant differences(P〈0.01)in different sampling time, the contents of the tea polyphenols were no significant differences in two factor interactions.
