摘　　要：文章分析了中医院校教师教育技术能力提升中所面临的问题及原因,提出了包括培训、环境建设、制度建设和考核方法的综合措施。The paper analyzes the problems in improving teachers＇ educational technology capability at colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine and their causes. Then it proposes comprehensive measures in training, environment construction, regulation formulation and assessment methods.
