摘  要:目的研究麻醉科护士工作满意度与离职倾向的相关性。方法 2014年6月至12月随机抽取陕西省15所三级甲等医院,采用工作满意度与离职倾向调查量表,对其麻醉科所有护士进行问卷调查,共发放问卷250份,回收有效问卷220份。采用Pearson相关分析法对工作满意度与离职倾向进行相关性分析,采用多元线性逐步回归分析法分析工作满意度各维度对离职倾向的影响程度。结果麻醉科护士总体工作满意度及其各维度均处于中等偏低水平,其中工资与加薪满意度相对最低,被认可和表扬满意度相对最高。Pearson相关分析表明,麻醉科护士总体工作满意度及其各维度均与离职倾向呈负相关(P<0.001)。多元线性逐步回归分析表明,工资与加薪对离职倾向的影响程度最大。结论麻醉科护士工作满意度与离职倾向具有负相关关系,提高其工作满意度能降低离职倾向。Objective To study the correlation between job satisfaction and intention to leave their job of nurses in anesthesiology department. Methods The job satisfaction and intention to leave their job of nurses in anesthesiology department from fifteen third-grade class-A hospitals of Shaanxi province were surveyed by questionnaire from June to December in 2014.A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 220 valid questionnaires were returned. The correlation between job satisfaction and intention to leave their job was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis,and the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave their job was analyzed by multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis. Results The levels of total job satisfaction and its dimensions were moderate or low,in which the relative levels of wages and allowances satisfaction were the lowest; the satisfaction levels of that they were recognized and praised were the highest. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total job satisfaction and its dimensions were negative correlated with intention to leave their job( P〈0. 001). Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the effects of wages and allowances satisfaction on intention to leave were the most.Conclusion The correlation between job satisfaction and intention to leave their job of nurses in anesthesiology department is negative,and improving their job satisfaction can decrease their intentions to leave.
