摘  要:中高职衔接属于我国教育体制顶层设计的范畴,对职业教育的改革与发展具有重大意义。从中高职衔接的应然性入手,分析其出发点是向职业教育的理想回归;再进行实然性分析,探讨中高职衔接面临管理体制、培养目标、教学内容、升学政策等方面的现实问题;在此基础上,提出了解决中高职衔接理想与现实之困的可行路径,包括地方政府主动作为的区域化、中高职院校之间的集团化、区分中职学校功能的分类施策。The cohesion of secondary and higher vocational education depends on the top-level design of Chinese educational system, which is of great significance to the reform and development of vocational education. Beginning with what it ought to be, the idealism in the vocational education is described. Then, actual analysis is presented to the realistic problems of management system, training objectives, contents of courses and entrance policy on the cohesion of secondary and higher vocational education. On this basis, the solutions to the problems, which is called realistic paths, are proposed, such as regionalization depending on the local government initiative, collectivization among the vocational schools and colleges, and differentiation of entrance policy for different kinds of secondary vocational schools.
