摘  要:职前培养是幼儿园教师专业能力形成的奠基阶段,其培养质量影响着幼儿园教师专业化的速度与效率。幼儿园教师的专业能力培养的途径包括构建与专业能力相匹配的课程体系、构建综合性的实践教学体系、加强专业教师队伍建设、建立专业能力培养评价体系等。Orientation training is the foundation stage of formation of preschool teachers’ professional? ability,and its quality affects the speed and efficiency of preschool teachers’ specialization. The ability of creating and using environment,organization and guidance of educational activities,communication and cooperation ability,reflection and development ability and so on. The way of training the professional ability consists of constructing a course system to match the professional ability, building a comprehensive practice teaching system,strengthening the construction of professional teachers,and establishing evaluation system of professional ability training.
