摘　　要：教师工作生活质量是教师在一定的物质条件基础上对工作生活整体状况以及工作特性、工作环境、薪酬福利、组织管理、职业晋升、专业发展等工作生活各维度的主观感受与评价.作为一个多层面、多维度的复杂范畴,教师工作生活质量具有主观性和客观性,不仅与教师主观幸福感、工作满意度、精神生活质量等相关概念存在着差异,也和教师教学生活方式、教学质量等范畴有所不同,因而需要区别开来,通过进一步比较分析揭示它们之间的异同,以加深对教师工作生活质量这一概念的认识与理解,为教师工作生活质量的提升提供参考.Based on certain material conditions,teachers'working and living quality refers to teachers'subjective evaluation of their overall working and living condition,especially,the subjective feelings of each dimension of work and living such as working condition,salary and welfare,organization administration,promotion,and living condition.As a multifaceted,multi-dimensional and complicated category,teachers'working and living quality differs from some related concepts such as subjective well-being,job satisfaction and spiritual life quality,and also differs from teaching style and teaching quality.Therefore,it is necessary to make a distinction among them.By revealing their similarities and differences through further comparative analysis so as to enhance knowledge and understanding of working and living quality,it provides a reference for improvement of teachers'working and living quality.
