摘  要:在教育教学中,教不是万能的,包办的、过度的、精致的教可能是无能的;考也不是万能的,大量的"标准化"考试、过度的考大都是无能的。过去,我们是不是越来越走向了一条什么都准备好了的教、什么都想用标准化的大量考试来解决的路子,事实证明,这基本上脱离了"培养杰出人才"的良性的教育生态轨道。基于教育强国和人才强国的期待和要求,本文提出了教育与考试文化变革和重构:大教少考。In education, the teaching is not a panacea and arranged, excessive and exquisite teaching may be incompetent. On the other hand, test is not a panacea neither. A large number of "standardized" tests and excessive tests are mostly incompetent. In the past, did we get onto the road of teaching with everything ready to teach and standards to teach But facts have shown that this is basically out of the track of benign ecology of education of "training talented people," Based on talent - based educational powerhouse and the expectations and requirements, this paper presents reconstruction of teaching and test cul- ture, i.e. , big teaching and small test.
