摘　　要：针对药物制剂技术的实践教学现状,我校加强校企合作,安排学生校外实践基地参观,聘请岗位一线专家作为我校专兼职教师,实现校内综合实训,校外顶岗实习,激发了学生的学习热情,从而提高了学校的就业水平。According to current situation of practice teaching of pharmaceutical preparation technology, arrange students to visit off-campus practice base, and post experts as our school part-time teachers. Then we realize the comprehensive training school and outside the field work. At last, our school stimulates student＇s study enthusiasm, and improve the employment level of the school.
