摘　　要：临床思维能力的培养是医学生临床素质教育的核心,我院临床技能训练中心利用Microsim医学虚拟系统与Sim Man高端综合模拟人开展临床思维训练,取得较为满意的效果。总结分析医学模拟技术在临床思维训练中的应用体会及优缺点,认为虚拟病例及综合模拟病例教学更能加深学生对疾病的理解,有利于提高学生思维的独立性、灵活性和逻辑性,是训练医学生临床思维的一种有效手段。clinical thinking skills are the core of medical students＇ education. Using Micorsim and SimMan to train clinical thinking, our cnter has achieved satisfactory results. This study analyzed the application of simulation technology on the training of clinical thinking. The findings indicate simulated case study can help students gain deeper understanding of diseases and elevate their thinking ability.
