摘 要:名校集团"成都模式"是否可以大范围推广一直备受争议,不过经历"先发展后规范"的名校集团发展模式对于全国来说还是具有一定的借鉴和示范意义。以章程和规划引领集团发展、以干部教师交流保证发展质量、以经费和激励保障集团运行、以备案和考评规范集团发展、以退出和再生创新集团发展活力。成都市名校集团发展旨在扩大优质教育资源均衡覆盖面,促进城乡教育一体化、均衡化发展。It is always controversial whether it is worth to recommend a best-known school group broadly as Chengdu Model. But it still has influence of certain reference and significance on the whole nation through the development and specification. Given priority to regulations and plan for evolution,the best-known school group is developed with communication between leaders and teachers for quality,money and motivation for operation,record and evaluation for criterion,and quit and regeneration. A best-know school group as Chengdu model is used to develop with the purpose of expanding coverage for high quality education,balancing resources and promoting the development of the integration and equalization of urban and rural education.
