论师范生的教育理想

摘　　要：在当今教育改革的大潮中,教育、教师、学生是人们关注的重点。师范生作为高校学生中的一个特殊群体,是未来的教育工作者,肩负着培育祖国未来人才的重任。为了顺应时代发展需求,师范生必须通过树立远大教育理想来促进学生和师范生个体的全面和谐发展,这也将直接影响到我国教育的改革与发展,关系到未来教育的质量。在当前师范生教育存在诸多问题的形势下,关注师范生的教育理想是必要的。文章通过探讨师范生教育理想的价值取向和影响因素来提出师范生教育理想的培养策略,旨在坚定师范生未来从教育人的信心,优化未来基础教育教师队伍,在教师专业化发展进程中注入一股动力。In the tide of current education reform,education,teachers and students are the focus of people＇s attention. As a special group of college students,normal students will be the educators in the future,and shoulder the important task of cultivating the future talents of the motherland. In order to meet the needs of the times,the normal students must set up lofty ideal of education to promote all-round and harmonious development of the students and themselves,which is related to the reform and development of education in our country as well as the education quality in the future. At present,there are many problems in the education of normal students,it is necessary to pay attention to the education ideal of normal students. Through the discussion of the value orientation and the influence factors of the education ideal,the paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of the normal students＇ education ideal,aiming at firm the confidence of the students in teaching and educating in the future,optimizing the future teaching staff in the elementary education,and putting into a femoral artery force in the process of teacher＇s professional development.
